Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: Delivery to the US takes about 2–3 weeks after processing. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Christmas delivery: To receive your order before Christmas, please order by November 28. We can’t guarantee delivery before December 25 for orders placed after that date.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all US orders.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 days, or your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of your order, email us at support@christmascork.com and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Where we ship: We currently ship to the United States only.
