How long can my message be?
Up to 30 seconds, which is enough for a heartfelt "Merry Christmas, we love you," a child's voice, or a short song.
How do I record?
Use the button on the base to record your message, then play it back to check it. If you don't love it, just record again and the new message replaces the old one.
Does it need batteries?
It uses 2 AAA batteries, which are not included.
Is it glass?
No. It's lightweight, clear plastic, so it's easy to display around the house.
How big is it?
About 8 inches tall and 3 inches wide.

How big are they?
Palm-sized: each squishy is about 5.5 × 8 cm (about 2.2 × 3.1 inches).
Which designs will I get?
There are 6 designs: Santa, Snowman, Reindeer, Gingerbread, Christmas Tree and Peppermint. Designs are random, so we can't take requests, and a 6-pack isn't guaranteed to include all 6.
Do they come in the red cases from the photos?
Each squishy is expected to ship in its own red case like the photos, but packaging can vary. The display tray, box and decorations in our photos are not included.
How do they feel?
Soft and slow-rising. Squeeze one flat and watch it slowly puff back up.
Are they for kids?
They're designed for teens and adults (14+). They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.

When should I order for Christmas?
Order by November 28 for delivery before Christmas.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery takes about 2–3 weeks. Shipping is free on all US orders.
Can I order both gifts together?
Yes. They may arrive in separate packages on different days.
